About the role

CoStar Group is seeking a bilingual French/English Associate Sales Comparable Researcher to support its commercial real‑estate data platform. The role involves deep research of high‑value sales transactions, interviewing market participants, and translating findings into accurate database entries and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Research commercial real‑estate sales transactions exceeding $10 million.
• Interview buyers, sellers, brokers, and other parties to gather transaction details.
• Analyze financial performance, asset metrics, and property‑level data.
• Enter verified information into CoStar’s database with precision.
• Produce comprehensive comparable sales reports that narrate each transaction.
• Track and update activity for assigned REITs and research markets.
• Assist clients with product usage inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
• Fluent oral and written French and English.
• Demonstrated commitment to prior employers with no corrective action in the past six months.
• Proven competency in sales comparable research, with performance metrics from the last six months.
• Willingness to work shifts aligned with the Eastern Time zone.
