Key responsibilities

• Assist with immigration court filings, including motions, removal proceedings, adjustment of status, and notices to appear.
• Conduct legal research and draft technical documents for court submissions.
• Maintain meticulous case files and ensure organized documentation.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare for hearings and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law with a focus on court cases.
• Bilingual proficiency (English‑Spanish) at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability to legislative changes, and a teamwork mindset.
