Bilingual Contract Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for experienced legal professionals with bilingual fluency to join our remote team as Contract Analysts. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contracts in English and a foreign language for a variety of upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret English and foreign‑language contracts.
• Read and code contract documents, verifying AI‑extracted text for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and interpret clause meanings and assess their impact on the overall agreement.
• Make determinations about contract language and its application.
• Track contract information and findings using Microsoft Excel and Relativity.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and at least one other language.
• Substantive contract drafting and review experience (eDiscovery alone is insufficient).
• Prior contract review experience listed on the résumé.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of contracts in a fast‑moving environment.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday) on an ongoing basis.
