Bilingual Community Manager – English/Spanish

Join Mangone Law Firm as a Bilingual Community Manager and turn ideas into scroll‑stopping content that connects hearts and builds a vibrant community. You will be the voice of a fast‑growing immigration law firm, shaping its digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content on Meta Business Suite (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube at least 14 days in advance.
• Design and execute a multichannel content strategy to drive conversions, community loyalty, and brand reputation.
• Lead content ideation, documenting format, visual references, target platform, and execution guidelines.
• Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and industry best practices every two weeks and propose high‑impact content.
• Coordinate with the creative team to meet editorial deadlines, escalating blockers as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics for each active channel and report insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and suggest data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
