Bilingual Client Experience Associate

About the role

AnywhereWorks is hiring Bilingual Client Experience Associates to answer inbound calls for its clients' businesses from home. The position is open only to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio or Arizona, and pays $16 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and send messages to clients.
• Handle standard answering, Active Response (outbound calls triggered by a message), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting and legal intake calls.
• Meet a steady, fast pace, with calls often coming back to back; performance is measured by quality, accuracy, ready % and after-call work time.
• Work 40 hours per week, mostly between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, choosing your own shifts each week (choice depends on performance tier).
• Attend at least 8 hours on Friday and Saturday during the first 8-12 weeks after training, and be fully available during the 2 weeks of paid training and the following 8-12 weeks of learning and development.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication in both.
• A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Reliable: shows up for every scheduled shift on time.
• Dependable and able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Full-time availability during training and early learning period, with no blocked holidays or vacation time.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Willingness to learn new call types and tools.
• Own device required, meeting the company's system and internet requirements.
