About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm as a remote bilingual sales professional, supporting the sales team in generating and nurturing leads while delivering exceptional customer service. You will build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients and gain knowledge of immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by capturing and following up on leads.
• Provide accurate information and answer client questions with high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Learn and communicate the firm’s immigration processes and service offerings.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably with intangible products such as consulting, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities focused on trust and long‑term solutions.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed.
