Bilingual Associate Research Consultant (French/English)

About the role

CoStar Group is seeking a bilingual Associate Research Consultant to support its commercial real‑estate database. The role involves daily outreach to brokers, developers, investors and other industry professionals to gather and verify market information, ensuring the platform remains accurate and comprehensive.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a high‑quality database of commercial real‑estate listings, transactions and property owners.
• Conduct 50+ inbound and outbound phone calls each day with brokers, developers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Interview and capture real‑time market data, verifying details across multiple sources.
• Research and compile profiles of commercial property owners and track construction projects from proposal to completion.
• Assist clients in leveraging CoStar’s marketing platforms and provide world‑class customer service.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone interviews and relationship building.
• Interest in commercial real‑estate markets and data accuracy.
