Bilingual Area Manager (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Area Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Orlando, Florida area. The role involves traveling to client sites, supervising crews, and ensuring service quality aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training, monitoring, and inspections of cleaning staff to guarantee compliance with service scope.
• Travel to various Orlando-area sites, arriving as early as 6:00 pm and occasionally during daytime hours.
• Coordinate with crews during on‑site training and verify work completion.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel and mobile phone expenses for reimbursement.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and acceptable auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings as service schedules require.
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
