BeyondTrust Engineer

About the role

CACI is hiring a BeyondTrust Engineer to support its USAF customer, delivering a consistent set of EIT services across 187 bases so users get a high-quality experience across all mission environments. The engineer configures and supports BeyondTrust's Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access and Password Safe solutions within the EITaaS environment. The position is hybrid, requires a minimum Secret clearance, and involves up to 10% travel in the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document and deploy BeyondTrust solutions that meet functional and security requirements.
• Develop standard processes with the team to raise the maturity of the solution.
• Integrate systems and solutions, triage issues and prioritize tasks, working with customer stakeholders and other teams.
• Produce and review detailed documentation and diagrams, and provide periodic reports and support testing activities.
• Maintain security practices, patch and upgrade tools, monitor performance and recommend fixes following standard release processes.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance and scalability, and write automation scripts and templates for provisioning, configuration management and deployment.
• Coach and train more junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience (a Bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years).
• Field experience installing, configuring and supporting BeyondTrust Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access and Password Safe.
• Ability to work with customer network and operations teams, troubleshoot with vendors, and work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Windows PowerShell, Windows credential stores and Microsoft Certificate Services.
• Troubleshooting RDP and SSH.
• Securing systems per DISA STIGs and government compliance (NIST 800-53, FISMA).
• System documentation and operating procedures.
• Desired: integration with ServiceNow, Nice CX One (InContact) or similar, Microsoft Azure or AWS, cloud certifications, and experience with DOD, DOW or federal agencies.
