Beverage Supervisor - Caesars Superdome

About the role

The Beverage Supervisor supports all concession, vending, portable and in-seat beverage service operations for Legends Hospitality at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Legends Global is a hospitality agency serving professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention clients.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage event-day staff while interacting directly with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, including physical audits and reconciliations.
• Train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are documented and enforced, and help co-workers comply with service, inventory and cash control standards.
• Work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Able to work in an open-air environment in all weather conditions and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs and ramps.
• Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for long periods.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
