Beverage Champion - Live Más Café

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a beverage champion for its new Live Más Café in Greenfield, Indiana. The café offers specialty drinks such as Churro Chillers, Agua Refrescas, Baja Blast-infused creations and specialty coffees. The role splits time between beverage production and hospitality, with 50% of the time spent on each.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and handle customer issues
• Craft coffee and specialty beverages to company standards
• Maintain, calibrate and clean equipment, and manage the beverage area with quality standards
• Keep the workplace clean and safe according to Labor Board and OSHA regulations
• Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels
• Drive team excitement and create an inviting environment
• Guide customers through the menu and recommend favorites
• Follow drink recipes precisely in a fast-paced setting

Required profile

• At least 16 years old
• Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change, and basic math skills
• Completion of training certification

Required skills

• Strong multitasking and ability to switch to secondary duties without compromising service
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
