We are seeking a Bellman to join the front‑office team at ROOST Detroit, a boutique apartment‑style hotel located in the historic Book Tower. The role is essential for delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring seamless guest experiences for both short‑term and extended stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a smile, make eye contact and escort them personally to their rooms.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the highest standards of hospitality.
• Adhere to the prescribed dress code and grooming standards to project elegance while on duty.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues across all hotel departments.
• Provide prompt bell services and address guest inquiries or requests immediately upon arrival.
• Assist with guest interactions, ensuring swift resolution of any issues and supporting service recovery.
