Bell Person – Full‑time

About the role

The Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is seeking a full‑time Bell Person to deliver courteous luggage assistance and guest escort services throughout the stay. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing.

Key responsibilities

• Escort guests to and from their rooms, handling luggage with care.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional grooming at all times.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, managers, and fellow staff.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required).
• Previous experience in a hotel or related hospitality role (preferred).
• Warm, friendly demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
