Behavior Technician (BHT) – Full Time

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Behavior Technician (BHT) to work directly with children and families in Lancaster, PA. You will apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one ABA services in clinic, home, or school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and educate families about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Manage client program materials and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum six months experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.
