Beer Draft Service Technician

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Beer Draft Service Technician to deliver top‑notch draft beer experiences for bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The role blends hands‑on technical work with customer service, ensuring draft systems are installed, maintained, and performing at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and clear communication with account teams.
• Troubleshoot and repair non‑working or poorly pouring draft lines.
• Perform draft line installations, cleanings, and regular maintenance.
• Deliver products for installations, special events, and account needs.
• Manage sales tools, samples, and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Train customers and colleagues on basic draft maintenance.
• Prioritize multiple service requests and keep accurate logs and records.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory of draft knobs and event gear.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with draft beer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb regularly and up to 160 lb occasionally.

Required skills

• Draft beer system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
