BCBA Clinical Supervisor

About the role

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor in Riverside, California, serving San Bernardino, Redlands, Fontana and Loma Linda. The role provides clinical leadership and oversees individualized ABA treatment programs for children, with hybrid work, flexible scheduling and a manageable caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans and modify them based on client progress
• Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions
• Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians, and monitor treatment integrity
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching and staff support
• Deliver caregiver education and parent training
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation, and take part in clinical meetings

Required profile

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background screening and obtain TB clearance
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued but not required
