About the role

The Bartender will serve beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring high guest satisfaction at Peregrine Restaurant in Boston.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and organized bar areas, slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
  • Check identification, prepare and serve drink and food orders, and clear tables.
  • Issue guest checks, process payments, and manage intoxicated guests according to standards.
  • Complete beverage requisitions, side work, and assist with inventory and sustainability guidelines.

Required profile

  • High school diploma preferred; TIPS certification a plus.
  • Previous bartending or mixology experience required.
  • Food Sanitation certificate required within 90 days of employment.

Required skills

  • Mixology and beverage preparation.
  • TIPS certification.
  • Food Sanitation knowledge.
