About the role

Join our bakery team as a Baker & Packager Associate, where you will prepare fresh baked goods daily and ensure they are ready for members to take home. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing production, packaging, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items according to recipes and daily production plans.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise following company policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold‑chain standards.
• Maintain a clean, member‑ready work area.
• Assist members with product selections and answer questions.
• Use handheld digital tools for production decisions, inventory tracking, and quality checks.
• Monitor product dates, control waste, and secure high‑shrink items.
