Ayudante de bodegas (Warehouse Helper)

About the role

Moore, a data‑driven constituent experience management company, is looking for a Warehouse Helper to support the production of printed materials. The role ensures efficient workflow, maintains production quality, and contributes to a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and band all types and sizes of materials exiting the machines.
• Assemble boxes and power packs before and during production runs.
• Read and follow job jackets and enter job data into the PSI system at start and completion.
• Supply work tables with necessary items (bands, tape, load tickets, ties, etc.).
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform routine maintenance: clean machines with air hose, clean air pump filters, lubricate machines, sweep floors, and refill marking systems with water.
• Move materials using a hydraulic pallet jack or forklift.
• Work overtime and weekends as production needs dictate.
• Review job instructions, maintain quality standards, obtain supervisor approval, and minimize material waste.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and write to understand work instructions.
• Up to one month of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lb.

Required skills

• Operating a hydraulic pallet jack.
• Operating a forklift.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (desirable).
• Using the PSI production system.
