About the role

As an Automotive Service Technician at Nissan Williamsburg, you will ensure the safety and reliability of customers' vehicles through accurate diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work with the latest Nissan technology while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix problems.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed service records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Nissan certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and service.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
