About the role

We are seeking motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our service department in Columbia, SC. The team aims to become the top service department nationally and is expanding its customer‑pay hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Deliver high‑quality service while adhering to flat‑rate, customer‑pay billing structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper use of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Required profile

• Experience working as an automotive technician or in a similar hands‑on repair environment.
• Commitment to a 90‑day guaranteed hour schedule.
• Willingness to relocate toolbox and honor pre‑arranged vacation days.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard automotive diagnostic and repair tools.
