Automotive Service Manager

About the role

Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at Classic Toyota of Henderson. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees customer service, operations, and profitability while driving growth in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise service technicians and support staff.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely, efficient service delivery.
• Analyze expenses and implement strategies to improve department profitability.
• Develop initiatives to increase service revenue and market share.
• Review and approve service estimates and invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve performance goals.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
• Proven track record of running a profitable service department.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Required skills

• Automotive repair and maintenance expertise.
