Automotive Service Consultant – Customer-Focused Role

About the role

Stateline CDJR is looking for a high‑performing Automotive Service Consultant to join our Fort Mill dealership. In this customer‑focused position you will be the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, guiding them through service appointments and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, capture vehicle information and accurately document reported symptoms.
• Provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage and service history.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and parts and communicate them to customers.
• Update customers regularly on repair progress and verify final invoices match performed work.
• Explain completed services and associated charges in clear, understandable terms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date manufacturer training and technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant or Assistant Lane Manager.
• High level of enthusiasm, professionalism and strong ethical standards.
• Desire for long‑term career growth within a family‑owned organization.
