Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our Matthews, NC dealership. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through service needs and coordinating with our technicians to ensure a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and appointment scheduling.
• Recommend and clearly explain required automotive services and maintenance.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an automotive service advisory or similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Solid knowledge of automotive services, maintenance procedures, and vehicle systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
