About the role
Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join its service team in Matthews, NC. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while coordinating with technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
- Recommend and explain needed automotive services to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Communicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of service.
Required profile
- Prior experience in automotive service advisory roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance.
