Automotive Service Advisor – Customer‑Focused Role

About the role

Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia is seeking a high‑performing, customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to join its growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from arrival to vehicle pick‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date manufacturer training and product knowledge.
• Warmly greet customers, collect vehicle information, and accurately document reported symptoms.
• Provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Communicate repair progress and updates to customers regularly.
• Verify final invoices match services performed and explain all work and charges to customers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence.
• Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards.
