About the role

Join a high‑volume, Tesla‑certified collision center in Des Moines where your speed and skill directly impact your earnings. As an Auto Body Technician you will restore vehicles to pre‑accident condition using modern tools and industry‑leading procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including welding, sheet metal work, and refinishing.
• Use frame and measuring equipment to meet precise manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to meet repair deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proficiency in I‑CAR welding and hands‑on experience with frame and measuring equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
• Own tools in good working order.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
