About the role
The Audit Manager will lead and oversee audit engagements for Modus Partner Firm, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance. This role involves managing teams, identifying technical issues early, and contributing to business development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and review audit engagements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff at all levels.
- Identify technical accounting and regulatory issues early and drive resolution.
- Contribute to business development and help grow the practice.
Required profile
- CPA required or in progress.
- Strong client relationship and communication abilities.
- Experience auditing nursing homes, HUD, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid cost reports is a strong plus.
Required skills
- CPA certification.
- Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting knowledge.
