Atlassian Project Manager

About the role

Atlas Bench, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, is hiring an Atlassian Project Manager to support and lead Atlassian consulting engagements under the guidance of senior leadership. The role covers day-to-day project coordination, tracking plans and timelines, flagging risks early and keeping customers and internal teams aligned. It suits a proactive project coordinator ready to grow into full project ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations, cloud migrations and digital transformations using agile and waterfall frameworks
• Maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, risk logs and resource allocation; run kickoffs, status meetings, sprint planning, UAT, cutover and hypercare
• Define recovery plans for delayed or out-of-scope projects
• Track effort against estimates, identify out-of-scope requests, draft change requests and report weekly or monthly on budget, milestones and blockers
• Serve as main contact for enterprise clients, coordinate solution architects, consultants, developers and vendors, and manage client expectations
• Enforce delivery standards, keep project documentation in Jira and Confluence, and support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks

Required profile

• At least 4 years of project or program management in technology consulting, cloud implementation or professional services
• Experience managing enterprise customers and complex technical delivery teams
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, scope, schedules, resources, risks and change requests
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong executive communication and customer management
• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours

• Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Atlassian Cloud
• Atlassian implementations or Data Center to Cloud migrations
• Preferred: PMP, Scrum, SAFe or similar certification, active Atlassian certifications, Fortune 500 customer experience, fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements, Rovo, Strategy Collection or enterprise AI experience
