About the role

The Eagle School International seeks a part‑time Athletic Director to lead and develop its athletic program, aligning sports activities with the school’s Christian philosophy and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate practice schedules, gym usage, team rosters and develop a spring track meet schedule.
  • Conduct parent informational meetings and represent the school at MAISL league meetings.
  • Recruit, train and supervise volunteer coaches, ensuring background checks are current.
  • Maintain athletic equipment, uniforms, medical and concussion forms, and verify student academic eligibility.
  • Organise the annual athletic awards night and manage related logistics.

Required profile

  • Mature, sincere follower of Christ who aligns with the school’s Statement of Faith.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work with students in all capacities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive and willingness to learn new software.
