Associate Transport Administrator

About the role

PacifiCorp is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Associate Transport Administrator to keep its transportation operations running smoothly. You will support a variety of administrative tasks, from vehicle record‑keeping to procurement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist transport staff with internal, external and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate transportation of new vehicles and equipment using internal and external resources.
• Administer the preventive‑maintenance program in SAP.
• Provide timely information through the department’s shared mailbox and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain the department intranet site.
• Process and audit signature invoices and help reconcile department credit‑card statements.
• Handle regulatory duties such as vehicle registration renewals and licensing.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of company policies, federal, state and local regulations.
• Project‑management abilities, including scheduling and task follow‑through.
• Physical capability to perform equipment inspections (bending, lifting, reaching, squatting).
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair requirements for light‑ and heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment.
