Associate Trainer – Claims

About the role

The Education & Training department seeks an Associate Trainer focused on the Claims division. You will design and deliver classroom and virtual training to new and existing agency and call‑center staff, supporting product and technology roll‑outs across the nation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present training materials, including PowerPoint decks and online content, using adult‑learning principles.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, web conferences, and one‑on‑one coaching for small to large groups.
• Travel up to 1‑3 times per year nationwide and manage related expenses.
• Maintain accurate class rosters, progress reports, and timely communication with management.

Required profile

• Experience in claims processes or related insurance functions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to engage both large audiences and individual learners.
• Quick learner with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
