Associate Trainer – Insurance Sales

About the role

The Education & Training department seeks an Associate Trainer focused on Insurance Sales. You will deliver classroom and virtual training to agency and call‑center staff, supporting product and technology roll‑outs across the nation.

Key responsibilities

• Educate new and existing employees on technical skills and product knowledge in classroom settings.
• Design, develop, and deliver virtual classes using web‑conference tools.
• Create presentations for both in‑person and online sessions, applying adult‑learning principles.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and maintain accurate class rosters.
• Manage travel logistics, complete expense reports promptly, and respond to communications in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Creative approach to enhancing classroom materials and presentations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for groups of any size.
• Quick learner with initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent prioritization, flexibility, and perseverance on projects.
• Valid personal vehicle, good driving record, and willingness to travel nationwide.

• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Outlook skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Intermediate Word skills.
• Basic Access skills (desired).
