Associate Territory Representative - Western Pennsylvania

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is building a team of Associate Territory Representatives in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. This is an entry-level medical device sales role for a B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. It is a pure hunter role: you will build your own book of business, starting with outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage your expense budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• No medical or clinical experience required; a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment is needed
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles
• Preferred: experience at companies known for strong sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox)
• Preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement
