Associate Territory Representative - Cincinnati-Dayton / Southwest Ohio

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is recruiting Associate Territory Representatives in the Cincinnati-Dayton / Southwest Ohio area. This is an entry point into medical device sales for a B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. It is a pure hunter role: you will build your own book of business by calling on outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM.
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage your expense budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment; no medical or clinical experience needed.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles.
• Preferred: experience at companies known for strong sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox).
• Preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement.
