Associate / Senior Associate – Investor Relations

About the role
ARCHIMED is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Partner – Head of Investor Relations, you will support capital formation, LP servicing and portfolio reporting across the firm’s global investor base.
Key responsibilities
- Support capital formation strategy by managing pipeline development, investor meetings and commitment progression for assigned LP cohorts or geographies.
- Prepare and coordinate investor materials such as fund memoranda, performance packages, strategy updates and investment committee presentations.
- Manage investor communications calendars, organize roadshows, handle logistics, prepare presentations and follow up with participants.
- Lead due‑diligence processes, including DDQ management, legal review coordination and side‑letter negotiation support.
- Maintain accurate investor tracking databases and pipeline reporting to feed forecasting and strategic planning.
- Oversee quarterly and ad‑hoc LP reporting packages, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in private‑equity, healthcare investment or related finance sectors.
Required skills
- Proficiency in preparing investor‑focused presentations and documents.
- Familiarity with investor tracking and pipeline management tools.
- Understanding of capital formation processes and LP relationship management.
