About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing AI and SaaS recruitment practice. You will work alongside senior billers, learning how to place elite go‑to‑market talent for high‑growth software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess top sales, marketing, and engineering talent for client organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple technology sectors.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop client strategies and meet revenue targets.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics using internal CRM tools.
