Associate Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate Recruiter will support the full‑cycle recruitment process for Bollinger’s facilities in Metairie, LA. You will act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while helping to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build close working relationships with hiring authorities and HR teams to understand short‑, medium‑, and long‑term hiring needs.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies, advertising, and collateral to attract qualified applicants.
• Develop and maintain networks with schools, alumni groups, and public organizations; represent the company at job fairs and presentations.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Provide regular staffing metrics and progress updates to the HR Director and HR Manager.
• Ensure compliance with applicant tracking system requirements and other business policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of industrial or professional sourcing, recruiting, or staffing experience (preferred).
• BS degree preferred.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding practices, and employment laws.
• Ability to travel extensively when needed.
