Associate Program Manager, Medical Education

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Medical Education team by planning, coordinating and executing educational events that advance patient care and outcomes. The role requires strong organizational and collaborative abilities and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Performance reporting: gather and compile metric data on events and programs to support reporting, budgeting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Logistics coordination: work with internal and external stakeholders to arrange event logistics, manage purchase orders, expenses and post‑event reconciliation.
• Database and project‑plan maintenance: maintain the event database, track attendee numbers and keep project plans up‑to‑date with milestones and budgets.
• Medical education program planning: assist the Program Manager in executing various educational event types according to the project plan.
• Stakeholder communication: facilitate communication with partners, speakers, vendors and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle.
