Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology – Musculoskeletal

About the role

The Division of Musculoskeletal Radiology at UHealth, University of Miami Health System, seeks a fellowship‑trained radiologist for a part‑time clinical educator position at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. The role combines active clinical practice with teaching and research in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient musculoskeletal imaging services, including radiography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Perform image‑guided musculoskeletal interventions and supervise technical personnel.
• Participate in on‑call radiology schedule and emergency patient care.
• Teach diagnostic radiology residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Contribute to quality‑assurance activities and departmental committees.
• Develop and manage clinical research projects.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
• Experience in both clinical practice and academic teaching.

Required skills

• Interpretation of musculoskeletal radiography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Image‑guided musculoskeletal procedures.
• Quality assurance in radiology practice.
• Clinical research methodology.
