Associate Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Google is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) to join its global early‑career marketing program. You will work on high‑impact marketing projects, develop a broad set of product marketing skills, and collaborate with peers, mentors, and senior leaders across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Execute priority marketing initiatives for Google products, including go‑to‑market strategies and launch plans.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as product, sales, and engineering to align messaging and positioning.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver marketing assets, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in the APMM community, attend learning milestones, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency work, technology, or related fields through full‑time roles, internships, projects, or coursework.
• At least 3 years of full‑time work experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in Google’s product ecosystem and AI innovations.
• Global mindset with the ability to work across cultures, industries, and ambiguous situations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, investigative, program/project management, and communication abilities.
