Associate Product Manager – Fertility Solutions

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Product Manager for its Fertility Solutions portfolio, focusing on IVF equipment. The role supports the global product management team, driving portfolio visibility and execution across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operations such as SKU rationalization, registration tracking, lifecycle monitoring and business performance reporting.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization and tracking of sustaining engineering requests and product improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain decision‑support tools, including competitive intelligence, pricing analysis, installed‑base analytics and market trend dashboards.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for portfolio decisions, commercial planning and product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, regional commercial teams) to ensure complete and accurate business cases.
• Support the creation and deployment of product communications, sales enablement tools and launch materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, business).
• 2‑4 years of experience in product management or related roles within medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic global environment.
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
