About the role

Albany Technical College seeks a motivated part‑time adjunct instructor to teach Associate of Science in Education courses. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures or labs, and evaluating student progress.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and deliver course materials for Associate of Science in Education classes.
Develop lesson plans, assess student performance, and maintain required documentation.
Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement initiatives.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Elementary Education.
Minimum two years of teaching experience (three years preferred).
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Blackboard or other online learning management systems.
