Associate Media Planner

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Media Planner to support the client services team in developing and executing media strategies for healthcare and biotech clients. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States or from any of the company’s U.S. offices.

Key responsibilities

• Gather vendor proposals, track submissions, manage target lists and NDAs, and prepare supporting materials for tactical recommendations.
• Enter and submit campaign operation requests, including tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
• Maintain media plan flowcharts, budget summaries, and buy specifications.
• Document creative assets and assist with campaign tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle availability requests.
• Support media budget management, client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and build campaigns in Mediaocean or Prisma.
