Associate Manager, RTSM Project Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Practice Manager to join its Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. The Associate Manager will lead a professional services group focused on customer success in implementing and supporting RTSM studies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer and employee success.
• Manage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultants.
• Develop team members for personal and professional growth.
• Establish and enforce RTSM processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with other RTSM teams to align delivery expectations.
• Drive operational excellence and resource management.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• RTSM experience with 4+ years in people management.
• Proven ability to build and manage a team of project managers/services consultants.
• Strong initiative, proactive work style, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel 5‑10%.
