Associate, Investment Management

About the role

The Associate partners with Asset Managers to oversee commercial and multifamily real estate investments, aiming to optimize asset performance and value. This role develops and executes property‑specific strategies, analyses major leasing decisions, conducts feasibility studies, and benchmarks performance against industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Investment Managers to create operational strategies for individual properties.
• Analyze major leases, capital projects, and other investment factors that affect asset value.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate property performance against relevant benchmarks.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual property reports and budgets for a portfolio of assets.
• Assist in the development of property‑level financial models and performance tracking tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess leasing and investment decisions.
• Detail‑oriented approach to reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Asset and Investment Managers.
