Associate HSE Professional – Safety & Environment

About the role

The Associate HSE Professional supports Bosch’s commitment to safety and environmental stewardship by implementing, administering, and enforcing HSE requirements across the site. You will work closely with site teams to ensure compliance with Bosch, local, state, and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Gemba Walks and update findings.
• Deliver HSE communications, training, and safety alerts.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain e‑Learning, SDS, and incident‑tracking systems.
• Participate in emergency response teams and hazard assessments.
• Develop, revise, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical assistance to site staff and support North America HSE projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree + 1‑3 years of safety or environmental experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial setting, OR High School diploma + 3‑5 years of comparable experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk/hazard analysis and incident investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience with safety incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Proficiency in managing SDS, e‑Learning platforms, and incident‑tracking systems.
• Ability to conduct hazard assessments and lead internal audits.
