Associate Director, US Neurology Forecasting

About the role

The Associate Director, US Neurology Forecasting will support the US Neurology business by defining, understanding, and developing strategy and expectations for the first Neurology launch. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Head of Strategic Business Insights, this role drives pre‑ and post‑launch market forecasting to inform product plans and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain complex models to produce unbiased short‑term and long‑term revenue forecasts using methodologies such as patient flow, epidemiology, and TRx‑based approaches.
• Coordinate with finance, market access, and commercial leaders to define calendars, update commercial assumptions, and align performance monitoring.
• Lead project management and socialization of forecasts, ensuring stakeholder inputs and reviews.
• Develop deep knowledge of competitive landscape and market dynamics, translating forecasts into concise PowerPoint presentations for US leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, management consulting, or decision support within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with experience in biopharmaceutical forecasting and launch planning, especially in rare diseases or neurology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
