Associate Director, Technical Product Management

About the role

The Associate Director, Technical Product Management will lead the integration platform product vision, roadmap and delivery across health sciences organizations. This senior role partners with CTO leaders, API and integration teams to drive adoption of digital services and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features.
• Lead global agile teams to implement integration solutions across SAP ERP, cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute integration strategy, ensuring scalability, security and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA).
• Act as primary product owner, managing vision, backlog prioritization and lifecycle value.
• Drive ROI and TCO optimization, develop business cases and monitor investment spend.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in integration product ownership and digital services delivery.
• Experience in global or multinational organizations and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Ability to connect business outcomes to technology investments.

Required skills

• Mulesoft, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms.
• SAP ERP modules (S/4HANA, FI/CO, SCM, DL, MM, SD).
• SOAP and REST standards.
• Emerging tech knowledge: AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT.
