Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs – Power Platform Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs – Power Platform Solutions Specialist is a hands‑on technical execution role within Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety. You will translate approved architecture into secure, reliable solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Power Apps UI, Dataverse tables, security roles, and Power Automate flows according to approved designs.
• Manage solution movement across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments, including deployments, upgrades, and defect remediation.
• Develop, test, and document data migration, cleanup, and reconciliation scripts, ensuring field‑level data quality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and related integrations, providing production support and hyper‑care.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, deployment runbooks, and compliance evidence.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience developing, configuring, or supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience managing Dev/Test/Prod environments, deployment pipelines, and release controls.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with global regulatory, data governance, and IT stakeholders.
